Applying a Yoga program according to your needs is very simple, here we have arranged so many yoga programs which are going to be done under the guidance of Yoga master trainers trained by Yogacharya Dr.Konidela Saritha and when you click it you shall find full details about the session. It’s quite easy to book and pay for the program of your choice and need. After this take the screenshot of the bookings done by you, bring the screenshot to the center to show the same to our front desk manager. Daily Regular Yoga (6-7 AM)
  • Whatever your body type is, (Vata, pitta, kapha). Irrespective of that this session is designed, keeping every body type in mind.
  • Our goal is youroverall Well-being, Prime fitness with higher flexibility, immunity and We will be doing different sets of asanas every single day, to confuse your muscle memory to not get habitual of the asanas and to keep it intense and interesting
